Hobbies play a vital role in reducing stress, and they offer . Some argue that having a hobby at any age helps keep a person mentally active, while others contend that it is a complete waste of time. In my view, regardless of age, everyone should engage in activities outside of their daily routines, do not interfere with their regular responsibilities.

First of all, any physical or mental activity can help individuals avoid health issues that arise over time, especially as we age. Engaging in physical activity keeps us active , while mental activities help reduce stress.
