These terms set the basic rules for using IELTS Writing Practice and its AI-assisted writing reviews.

Agreement and independence
Using the service
By using IELTS Writing Practice, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to agree, or permission from a parent or guardian.
IELTS Writing Practice is an independent practice service. It is not an official IELTS test, score report or booking service, and is not approved or endorsed by IELTS, its test partners, Cambridge University Press & Assessment or any official IELTS body.
Accounts and submissions
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in email and session. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You keep any intellectual property rights you hold in submitted text and images, and you must have the right to submit them. You give IELTS Writing Practice only the permission needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, operate and legally comply with the requested review service.
AI feedback and acceptable use
Practice estimates and basic rules
Scores and feedback are AI-assisted estimates for practice only. They are not official IELTS results, professional advice or a guarantee of examination performance.
Use the service lawfully. Do not probe security, disrupt infrastructure, bypass access controls or rate limits, submit malicious or unlawful content, interfere with other users, or misuse third-party services. We may block requests or restrict access where needed to protect the service.
Content and providers
Ownership and third parties
The service includes original materials and separately licensed content. Software, design, content and trademarks remain with their respective rights holders. Do not copy, distribute or modify protected materials unless you have permission or the law allows it.
Cloudflare hosts infrastructure, WorkOS handles authentication, and Google Gemini processes AI reviews. Each provider's own terms and policies govern its services and liability.
Availability, liability and changes
Service limits
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue the service and do not promise uninterrupted availability. You may stop using it at any time. We may restrict or terminate access with reasonable notice where practical, or promptly for serious misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, IELTS Writing Practice is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Liability and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited remain unaffected. Updates will be posted here.
