I came to know about this seminar when I was searching on the Web for a seminar which is good . I found this seminar on top of the list but there is available on the internet so I please tell me that, is being held also what timing of it. Moreover, I am also interested to know about is there any registration cost, If yes then please tell the procedure now I get register myself. Apart from it, is there any accommodation related arrangement done by you or is it the responsibility of individuals.

I request you please reply to my queries as soon as possible for this event. If there are some other important things which I should know before then please write those required things also.

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 6.0

The letter is friendly and purposeful, and it addresses dates, cost, and accommodation with reasonable detail, which is its strongest aspect. The main limitation is frequent grammatical and word-choice errors, such as 'On that time', 'now I get register myself', and 'arrangement done by you', along with weak development of the programme bullet.

IELTS criteria

How each score was decided

Task Achievement

6.0

The letter covers dates, cost, and accommodation with relevant detail, but the programme bullet is only vaguely addressed and errors occasionally blur precise meaning, fitting an adequate but uneven achievement.

Coherence and Cohesion

6.0

Ideas progress in a broadly logical order with appropriate connectives such as 'Moreover' and 'Apart from it', though some sentences run together and cohesion is occasionally mechanical.

Lexical Resource

6.0

Vocabulary shows some range with items like 'endeavor' and 'queries', but imprecise collocations such as 'arrangement for this event' and awkward phrasing limit flexibility.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy

6.0

A mix of structures is attempted, yet frequent errors in tense, articles, and verb forms, for example 'is being held also what timing', reduce grammatical accuracy to a modest level while meaning mostly survives.
