Letter to Neighbours Apologising for Noise

Dear John, I am writing this letter regarding the problem you are facing due to sound for the last several days from my apartment that, there is little interior work in our kitchen. To date, we were used old-fashioned and poor in quality cupboards. After lockdown, our interior shops were reopened last week, and as an existing customer, the company officials are ready to replace the entire range without fail.

Dear Mr and Mrs Williams, I am writing in regards to the complaint I have received from you recently. My sincere apology for the inconvenience and problem caused due to my actions and I assure you that I will be more careful in the future about it. I started learning the piano recently. As you may know, I work full-time and the only free time I am able to dedicate to my classes is weekends. I have hired a piano teacher to teach me during the weekends and I am sorry that the noise reached your flat. I am sorry about the inconvenience I caused to you and Mrs Williamds. I did not expect the sound of my piano to be so loud and reach your rooms. I totally understand your position and request you to accept my sincere apologies. As a solution, I have decided that I will continue my piano classes at my tutor’s house instead of mine. This way I would be able to continue my practice and not disrupt you. Dear Mr. X, I am writing this letter to express my apologies regarding the letter you have written to complain about the noise coming from my flat for the last 2-3 days. Allow me to explain my situation, as you know our building is quite old and due to rustic piping, everyone is facing water leakage issue. My situation is no different to them, due to this leakage I have a lot of wet patches all over the walls, which is ruining the paint. In order to get it fixed, I have hired plumbers, who are replacing the ruptured piping and so far they have done an incredible job. I hope you will understand the gravity of the situation and bear with the noise for a couple of days more. Once the issue is resolved it will not only be beneficial for me but for you as well cause we have a common piping connection for our bathrooms. Thanks for your cooperation in advance. Dear James, I was very shocked to get your letter saying that the noise from my flat has been spoiling your evenings and causing you some distress. I am really, really sorry about that. I had no idea that you would be able to hear so much, so I hope you will accept my apologies. As you may have guessed, I am trying to refit my kitchen in the evenings when I get home from work. Unfortunately it is all getting longer than expected and I have been having problems with getting things to fit properly. This has meant to a lot of banging and hammering. As the kitchen is still not finished, I have decided to call in a professional builder who will finish the work in the next day or two. He’ll work only during daytime hours, so you won’t be disturbed in the evenings again, I promise. Sorry to have caused these problems, Bill.

Dear Mrs Dixon, I am writing to apologise for all the noise coming from my flat over the past few days. I am having the place rewired at the moment as I was experiencing some electrical faults that could not be repaired. The old wiring had been in since the flat was built and needed replacing so I had no choice but to undertake this necessary work. I do appreciate that there has been a lot of banging going on during the day. I sincerely apologise for this and regret that you have been disturbed. I was hoping that most of the work would be done while you were out at work but I admit that it has continue into the evening a few times. To get the job finished as quickly as possible, I will employ an additional electrician. Although there will inevitably still be some noise, I will ask them to be as quiet as possible and be sure to finish by 5 p.m. when I believe you usually get home.
