Dear ...,
Hello Mr. Cooper,
I am writing this letter regarding our lease agreement. I need your permission to stay a bit longer. I am one of your tenant living at Maple court on a lease agreement from the past five months. I am Currently working with a food company and they promoted me as a Supervisor so I am requesting you that I want to live here more than six months which is the time period for the contract. As, I have better career opportunities in the same city so I
decided to stay 6 months more here. Additionally, I am familiar with the apartment and the surroundings. As a Onus tenant I always give my rent on time and things will same for the future.
Please let me know about your decision. I also want to share an issue with you that from the last two weeks the heater is not working properly and due to weather change it's really difficult to stay warm. I am requesting you that if you can send an electrician to look into problem it would be really helpful. I am looking from hearing to you soon. Yours Sincerely, Simran
Dear Tanya
I hope this letter finds you well, as we have already discussed regarding the apartment agreement. I want to mention some reasons behind the modifications that I want to make agreement.
Initially, before renting your place, I did not have any further plans about staying longer in this area due to some issues with my job. However, those issues are still going on, but my manager is doing really well with me, so I have changed my mind about quitting my job. Now I would prefer to rent your apartment for two more years. Moreover, this place is a center of all amenities which are mandatory in my daily life, for instance quick bus service at five minutes walk from this place and a grocery store beside the condos. Finally, although all the facilities are well-maintained in order to live a stress-free life, there is a small leakage in the kitchen sink in my apartment, which I want you to fix ASAP.
I am promptly waiting for your reply, and looking forward live in this place for 2 more years.
yours sincerely
Amandeep
Dear Mr. Dahiya,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my intent to stay in your rented apartment longer than six months which I had agreed to earlier.
Earlier, the lease agreement signed allows me to stay for six months that will be completed this January but, I wish to stay till March 2025 in the apartment.
I have enrolled myself in personal support worker program in an institution that is in proximity to the locality which will be completed in the coming February. You have been very kind and generous with me from the beginning and that’s another reason why I wish to stay in this place longer.
Also, there are some issues which I am encountering in this apartment. The water heater is not working from the last two days. I was taking a bath and it suddenly showered chilled water which made me fall sick as well. It will be very helpful if you can send a technician to see this issue.
I look forward to your reply positively and hope that you will solve the problem as soon as possible.
Your faithfully
Ankit
Dear Mr. Dahiya,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to express my intent to stay in your rented apartment for longer than six months that I agreed to earlier.
According to the signed agreement, the six months will get completed in January but I wish to stay here till April 2025.
I have enrolled myself in a personal support worker program in an institution that is in proximity to this location. The course will be ending in March 2025, so I want you to allow me stay here till April. You have always been kind and generous to me which is also a reason, I don’t wish to vacate this apartment and find a new one for a small period of time.
I also want to draw your attention towards some minor inconvenience I have been facing here. From the last two days, the water heater in kitchen is not working and it feels very cold to wash utensils with cold water. It will be a great help if you can send a technician to check for the problem.
I look forward to hearing from you positively.
Yours faithfully
Ankit
Dear Mr Giovanni,
I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to discuss the possibility of extending my rental agreement for the apartment I have been staying in for the past five months. Initially, I had planned to rent the apartment for only six months, but I would now like to extend my stay for an additional year, if possible.
The reason for this change is that my Computer Science studies here in Turin have been extended due to additional coursework and a research opportunity that I have recently been offered. Since I have already settled into the apartment and find it very comfortable, I would prefer to continue living here rather than searching for a new place.
Additionally, I wanted to bring to your attention a small issue with the heating system. As the colder months are approaching, I have noticed that it takes a long time to warm up the rooms properly. If you could arrange for a technician to check it, I would really appreciate it.
Please let me know if an extension would be possible and under what terms. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Halbert Stone
