Feedback Letter to a Removal Company

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to provide feedback regarding recent assistance provided by your company to move my furniture to my new house.

Dear Mr. Lang, I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. I am writing you this letter to express my experience about using your service with the aim of moving my belongings to my new apartment. Thanks to the assistance of your team, especially Human Resource Supervisor, everything took place on time. As you have advertised, the lorry arrived punctually in the morning and the employees started to pack and transfer my furniture with their vehicle. It was a wonderful journey with your team that by the end of the day, I was able to design my home.

Dear Sir or Madam, Hope you are doing great. Since, you asked for my feedback, I am writing this letter in light of the experience that I had during transition to my new home. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude, because I believe your company values the time of their costumers. The service providers showed up exactly on time, and intiated the process immediately. They were extremely careful with my furniture, and wrapped everything in several layers of bubble wrap. In addition, because there were enough men for the job, it took about 3 hours for me to settle in. I would also like to thank Mr. Smith, the head of the team, for his careful supervision over team members. He overlooked the movement of every single piece and prevented my possessions from getting scratched on. He asked for my permission before entering every room and demonstrated a high level of courtesy and work ethic.
