Overall assessment

Why this response received Band 8.0

The response covers all four sectors with clearly grouped details and effective trend language. The main limitation is that the overview does not fully match the chart: healthcare and retail finish level at about 16 million jobs, rather than healthcare being the sole largest employer, and agriculture remains level between 1980 and 2000 within its overall decline.
