On the other hand, children’s fruit and vegetable consumption in the UK rose from 12% in 2001 and reached up to 27% in 2007, with a slight decline to 25% in 2008. Similarly, at a stagnant percentage of for the first three years (2001-2003), gradually increasing to 27% by 2007 before a slight decrease thereafter.
