In my opinion, people whose jobs do not connect with the national security should have the right to choose where they work. Firstly, it is reasonable that most professionals should be allowed to select their working place by themselves. It will promote the communication and cooperation between different countries. Because different countries have the different developed technology. These professionals could work in another country having the technology which their countries are lack of. They could study the newest theories and applications, taking them back to their nations and benefiting their people. For example, many engineers from the developing countries come to China, learning some technology related to the infrastructure, and go back to their hometown to constructure it. It is an important trend because of the globalization. However, in my opinion, people who work with their countries national security should be limited to develop their careers in their own countries. Because their actions may seriously threaten their countries' safety especially connected with the minitary and the national genetic programs. In fact, leaking these information is a heavy criminal action in many countries. They should only be allowed in their own countries. Furthermore, their countries need subsidise they more because of the limitation. Many of these professionals choose to work in foreign countries like the United States, where they can work alongside top-class engineers and developers, learn new techniques, and gain invaluable experience. When they return to India, they can apply their new knowledge and skills to improve the quality of work in the Indian IT industry, leading to better services and increased competitiveness in the global market. Another reason why skilled professionals should be free to work in any country they choose is that it can benefit the global economy.
